By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not misuse the Service, interfere with its normal operation, attempt unauthorized access to any systems or data, or use it to distribute malware, spam, or fraudulent traffic.
Affiliates and advertisers are responsible for the accuracy of the data they submit and for compliance with all applicable advertising, consumer protection, and data protection laws. Fraudulent conversions, misrepresented traffic, or violation of campaign terms may result in suspension and forfeiture of accrued balances.
Payout schedules, minimum thresholds, and applicable fees are described within the platform. We reserve the right to withhold or reverse payouts related to fraudulent, invalid, or disputed activity. You are responsible for any taxes arising from your use of the Service.
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Partnerix and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these terms or engage in activity that may harm the Service, other users, or third parties. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Partnerix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
